About SCENORYX

Most professional training ends with a person having to hold a conversation they have never held. A student who has read every protocol still has to take their first history. An agent who has passed the policy test still has to take their first angry call.

The usual answer is roleplay with a colleague. It works, and it does not scale. A cohort of two hundred cannot each get an actor, and two students who see the same actor an hour apart do not get the same encounter.

SCENORYX exists to make that practice repeatable. The same case, presented the same way, as many times as a programme needs, with the variation coming from what the participant asks rather than from who was available that afternoon.

What we hold to

A simulation is only useful if it withholds. A character that answers helpfully teaches nothing, because the skill being practised is knowing what to ask. Every case is built as detail that has to be drawn out.

A score is only useful if it can be challenged. Every mark points back at the moment in the conversation that produced it, so an examiner can disagree with the reasoning rather than with a number.

Material customers upload is theirs. It informs their scenarios, it never leaves their organization, and a simulation cannot name the document it came from.
